Once the second deposit is received, our team will begin the finishing works — from interior detailing and surface treatments to the final aesthetic touches that define the project’s character and style.

With the final deposit, we will complete all exterior works — including the swimming pool, porch, garden, external flooring, perimeter fences, and landscaping — bringing the entire property to its finished and fully functional state.
