The project is not yet under construction. The land has been cleared, and some groundwork has started in the surrounding area as nearby landowners prepare for their own projects. We’re currently waiting for an interested investor to initiate construction.
Once a client is confirmed, our lawyer will begin preparing all necessary paperwork and permits.

How does the payment plan work?
The total investment is divided into three payments, each corresponding to a key stage of construction. This structure allows the project to progress efficiently — from the foundations, to the finishing works, and finally to full completion.

The totale land is about 312sq/m. The building itself it will be aproximately 90/100sq/m not considering the porch.
Are there additional fees, taxes, or legal costs?
Yes, as with any property purchase in Nicaragua, there are standard legal and administrative costs. These typically include transfer taxes, notary and registration fees, and documentation handled by our partner law firm. All costs are clearly outlined before proceeding, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
